It is Wrathion’s birthday :3
The hour of twilight patch 4.3 was released on November 29th, 2011 It contained the questline for rouges to complete The Fangs of The Father, where Wrathion had hatched from his egg and recruited the player rogues A cute decorated picture of Wrathion smiling as he’s surrounded by gold silver and white balloons with the caption “Happy birthday Wrathion”
