Oh it’s decimating kids. Plus it’s filled with so many blatant lies and scams, I actually think it may be more toxic than Twitter. When I used to post art stuff on there it ate away at my mental health until I finally deleted it.

The only thing I can think of is to maybe up your intake temporarily, just to get your metabolism up again. Sometimes it’s worked for me
