Cats are finnicky and mysterious creatures, but they also have a few hacks you can use. If mama cat has anything she really likes that she's rubbed up on before, try putting those things nearby or inside of the warm areas. The familiar scent would make her a bit more comfortable than not doing it.

Yeah I can understand falling off because of getting busy, but the whole 'self care' culture thing always turned me off of things. Take care of yourself should be a thing, but don't draw attention to it like a shield y'know?
