Finished White Lotus. I found the finale way too predictable, and I was also reminded how garbage most humans are in this show 😅
Overall I liked it more than Season 1 I think but Season 2 stays the best

There is an uncut version of the White Lotus Season 3 theme with the chants and I'm losing my mind its so good! 😱

Turns out that the composer had a falling out in part over the choice of not including the chants in the season at all and he won't be coming back for season 4 and now I'm sad. 😥

I was all in to get the Switch 2 at release, but none of the games really jazzed me up and at that price point (725$ taxes in CAD) I think I'm actually gonna wait a while.

Nowadays, there seems to be so many apps to write your novel/world building/etc. It can make your head spin!
I personally use Scrivener for everything and Inkarnate for maps. But I'm thinking of maybe adding something like Pinterest/Obsidian to brainstorm.

Looking online, there seems to be more plotters than pantsers.
Me I'm very much a pantser through and through, the only thing I sorta know in advance are character concepts, parts of the worldbuilding and a tone/type of story I'd like to aim for.

Spent the evening with my childhood friends that I hadn't talked to in over 20+ years.
I was afraid it would be awkward and it really wasn't. We immediately reconnected and I was reminded why we had been friends in the first place so long ago.

Started writing again! Hadn't written anything for almost a year as I worked on the story in my mind and got too busy with life. But it feels good to be back into it. Knocked out Chapter 1 this past week and I'm excited to keep going!

Man I had loved The Expanse TV show, but the books are fantastic!
Been reading them along the audiobook and Jefferson Mays does such a great job it feels lile I'm watching a brand new, different yet similar TV show.

Had a wonderful evening at Le Garde Manger tonight in Montreal.
Everything was exquisite, and to top it all off, had a lovely chat with Chef Chuck Hughes.
A night to remember! Will have to go back to try out the rest of the menu 😊

After a 52hrs work last week I also worked today and 2 days left to finish coding.
I'm getting close but I still don't know if I'll make in time for the deadline. Mostly because physically my body is screaming at me to stop and take a break, my shoulder is so cramped I can't sleep 😥
