Nice work Keith. Everything is on point, I'd just add one thing - they gotta get Dumars and Weaver out of there. That was a terrible front office hire at the time, and they've only validated their incompetence.

He can't defend stretch bigs, never has been able to. Can't defend the p&r. Doesn't provide help defense. Of his four fouls last night, one was a turnover and the other three gave 8(!) free throws. It's absurd.

I think of Franklin's quote about the form of gov being a republic or monarchy, "a republic, if you can keep it." And the idea of America as "the great experiment" where Europe all thought a democracy with a president was nuts. Turns out we couldn't keep it and the experiment failed.

Definitely will come back to bite them, but I still doubt they'll learn anything. I expect them to nominate Newsom, who if he wins makes his legislative agenda the "centrist" stuff - you know, terrorizing the homeless, immigrants, and trans communities, genocide, etc

This is a really good, knowledgeable summary. The only two things I'll add: can't force unhoused into housing on your terms rather than theirs, and also there has to be a heavy mental health component.
