Here’s my top recommendation from Shibuya: 俺流塩らーめん(Ore Ryu Shio Ramen)’s 熟成塩ラーメン(Aged Salt Ramen). Don’t underestimate it just because it’s "salt." The emulsification gives it an amazing flavor! I recommend adding just the right amount of the table-side rock seaweed and plum paste as you eat!
