De-rusting continues! Happy I was able to consistently stay in the 15 range without too much trouble today. Fingers crossed I didn't over do it and face horrible consequences tomorrow

For not having really played in over a year, I'm pretty happy with this. Wanted to do more 15s and 16s but my heartrate said otherwise. Small steps!
