Glad to hear you're on the mend. Stay extra hydrated in this heat, maybe add in a drink with supplemental electrolytes (not too much cause that can fuck you up too).
Avoid sudden changes in position, and as goofy as it may sound, don't strain on the toilet.. that'll drop your BP too.

Today at work, I was seeing a patient of mine I've been working with for quite some time. I made sure to squeeze in their visit today and that I had extra time for some things there.
They said at one point, "thank you so much, you're a rock star Kit"

I think about that thing where people are like, oh if you could go back and talk to 10 or 12 or whatever year old you, would they be proud of you now? Would they think you're cool?
I often think about if I would be bummed out we aren't a rock star and ended up being a nurse
