This one is a little sideways, but I think it answers the question. Lively Dirge.

It's technically and entomb+reanimate effect, but it's a tutor in spirit!

My other answer that's more faithful to the original question is Beseech the Mirror.
Magic the Gathering Card Lively Dirge 1B+ +1 - search your library for a card. And put it into your graveyard. Then shuffle. +2 - Return up to 2 creature cards with total Mana Value 4 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield Magic the Gathering Card Beseech the Mirror 1BBB Bargain Search your library for a card, exile it face die, then shuffle. If this was bargained, you may cast the exiled card without paying it's Mana cost if that spell's Mana value is 4 or less. Put the exiled card into your hand if it wasn't cast this way.
