Even attempting access to tax info w/o doing official IRS assigned duties, breaks the law. Taxpayer Browsing Protection Act imposes heavy fines/prison & your right to sue. www.irs.gov/IRM/part10/i.... Citizens or not, taxpayers can sue for unlawful access, even if info wasn’t given to a 3rd party.
