These REMFs talk like this is a football game where the loser just goes home. French bullets kill just as effectively as US bullets. Would the US military likely overwhelm a small force in Greenland? Yes. Would there be US casualties, for sure.

Democratic leadership needs to explicitly state that, when they retake control of government, the oil companies are on their own in Venezuela. That would do a lot to cool any corporate investment plans.

- The US gets bogged down militarily in Venezuela over oil (sound familiar).
- Europe’s focus justifiably remains on saving Ukraine and holding Russia in check.
- With global powers othereise distracted, China seizes the opportunity to invade Taiwan in late 2026 or early 2027.
