Hello Steve, I notice you checked in on me 11 months ago. That surprised me. I didn't know I was here that far back. I'm still being a refugee from Twitter/X, so I haven't tuned in properly to BSky. Sorry about that. Greetings to you. Hoping the world treats you kindly. / Robert

Well done for re-posting, Stephen. I thought about carrying it over to X, but suspected it would last less than 5 mins.

Yes, that makes sense.

A wonderful idea, Charlie. Trouble is, we'd be likely to get someone even worse.

"How can Dems. win back working class?" By giving kids better primary education. Compare stats: US states spending least on primary education produce voters electing GOP trash. Even Trump confessed he loves uneducated people. No wonder! You shouldn't need a Canadian 🇨🇦 to work it out.

Well done, Eoghan. Congratulations on your work. Am currently reading 'The Genius of Trees' by Harriet Rix. What linkages she makes: to outline and underline the ecosystems that you write about! / Robert

I can't compete with your "very old oak." Being myself an English colonist, I planted an acorn in my Toronto garden. Three summers ago it popped up. It now has six leaves, stands eight inches, and withstood Canadian winters. Protected, of course, under wire, to keep the raccoons off. / RSPF

Charlie, I wish you had ended your comment with "fighters against fascism" rather than "fascist fighters". But I get your point. ¶ Thank you very much for your many comments on the MeidasTouch. I understand you get a lot of audience to the south. The more the better. / RSPF

The Nobels also awarded one to an AI founder. Might as well give it to a job and copyright destroyer.

Hello Eoghan:
Robert Fripp finally came from t'other place.
@shillingstone.bsky.social Shillingstone? — my home village in Dorset. Not named for the coin; it was named for the Norman knight Schelin, who came with William the Conqueror in 1066, and gained the village as his reward. / Robert

I looked at your page. It seemed enticing. Then I noticed the word 'Dystopian'. Twice. What on earth is that doing in there?

Very glad to discover you here. I just moved over from the other channel. / Robert Fripp

Hello, Eoghan. You beat me to the changeover. Not by much. ¶ I wrote 40 stories in my 2 vol. 'Wessex Tales' abt my home county Dorset. I could write a tale abt yr forest if you give some detail, something written. Or we could talk it throu on Zoom. Would you like to read a sample tale? / RF

Hello Alice, Those flowers look like primroses. In England they welcome spring. Here in Ontario they are unusual. But the leaves look wrong for primroses, so I'm wondering what they are? / Robert Fripp
