Made some curry with leftover turkey and it turned out really well. Using S&B Hot roux this time and it's just the right amount of spice for me.
Might be my new favorite way to eat turkey (since I can't even taste it over the curry lol).

Finally got around to playing one of DS Castlevania titles.
The level design and enemy variety were good, and the glyph mechanic was fun and added playstyle variety. Despite a few bullshit bosses and some poor translations, this was a solid Castlevania overall.
