there have been a couple times that my (good) coworkers are shocked I don’t quit over a huge argument over something that has to be thought about at the very least- not even put into action. it is fucking insane here

Once these assholes that pay themselves way more than me finally leave the workforce there will be change there will be an end to this stupidity of rigidity and non growth

I think I work in a pretty toxic environment but I’m lucky to be self directed, to not have somebody over my head 24/7 and to know more than these dumbass boomers that can’t save a PDF file. I am not being paid enough for this bullshit though

my absolute pet peeve is people just bitching and not moving to actionable ways to fix a problem like alright yes it’s bad now use your brain to help fix it u fucK and stop bullying!!!!! WTF?????

everything being smoothed over and expected in a certain way is killing the arts i think lol. i try to speak this with my art. i personally dislike creating highly refined polished work
