also I used to hit hard with my words when I was angry, which still do, but I feel less like talking or screaming about stuff and more like I need to physically express these feelings somehow...

like when been angry in the past I would usually just cry about it (still do a lot of the time) but I actively feel like I want to punch something rn which is new and a bit unnerving
