When I fly for business or pleasure, I always bring a bowl of tuna salad or my Mom’s egg salad, and a big box of crackers. Nothing tides me over or entertains me more than cracking the lid off, catching all the hateful stares, and kicking back with a nice warm egg salad snack. I always try to share.
