Last week, we gathered for the SHiFT End of Year Celebration! With the theme "Pause, Reflect, and Celebrate," we took the opportunity to reflect on our shared journey as part of the SHiFT movement, bringing our community closer as we look ahead to an impactful 2025.

SHiFT is alongside #Mission44 's #NothingHappensinIsolation; tackling the root causes of school exclusions and the impact on children. 72% of young people in custody have been suspended, 13% have been permanently excluded. SHiFT is committed to breaking the cycles of harm.
