for me personally it's a toss up between Nameless King or Demon Prince but Gael and Midir are damn near masterpieces in design, I'd say most of the bosses in DS3 are masterpieces besides the tree towards the beginning not bad just really boring.

Tomb Of Giants may have given me several incurable diseases but I can't bring myself to hate these little guys
