5/ Two other things we heard. Every leader we spoke with was adamant that adopting AI is not about replacing people but about augmenting their skills and freeing up their time to do higher-value work – more rewarding for people individually and with a higher return for teams and organizations.

Every year we bring our two classes together in a World Cafe - because we want them to experience an effective engagement process - #4 in the 5 components of a Healthy Workplace Culture. The students loved the questions - 3 rounds of conversations - questions they had not thought about at all.
