J'espère sincèrement à ce que la Cour Suprême du Canada tranche en faveur des droits et libertés, et limite l'utilisation abusive de cette «clause nonobstant», qui est une atteinte à enlever les droits et libertés civiles des Canadiens et Québécois.

there are alternatives in the e-reader devices market that works fully offline, drm-free, and retaining your manga volumes copies (or any e-books).

you should try not supporting Amazon.

Amazon Kindle - even after purchasing a manga digitally - can remove at their sole discretion any titles from your library.

it's unthinkable how a company can overreach that much after buying a 'licence' that strips consumers rights and ownership of your copy.

Si ça doit être protégé par la clause dérogatoire, c'est que c'est discriminatoire...

Pis si on utilise la clause dérogatoire pour n'importe quoi et n'importe comment, ça veut dire qu'on n'a plus de droits, juste des permissions que les politiciens nous donnent ou nous enlèvent à leur gré.
