One of the very cool things about this case is that the court called one of the original framers of the MT state constitution to help interpret it because our constitution is only 50 years old and Mae Nan Robinson Ellingson was 24 years old when she helped write it.

Woody Johnson runs the most embarrassing professional team in modern sports. When the new GM wants to sign free agents, he's going to have to overcome the stigma of being part of such a loser franchise, run by a loser owner, to do so. Players in the draft will fear being drafted by the Jets as well.

I can see some tragic dark humor arising from this quote if Trump deregulates the airline industry, and the thing that normally happens when you deregulate any industry, happens.
