My favorite way to dress up oatmeal: Blueberries, a little butter/margarine (optional), and a little brown sugar, with a couple of big dollops of vanilla yogurt on top. The slight coolness of the yogurt is soooooo good with the warm oatmeal. 🤤

Everyone thought I was overreacting until I was 28 & finally got to see doctors who specialized in women's health. Tried hormone blockers, exploratory/laser surgery, and finally, had a hysterectomy. They couldn't save anything, but at least nothing else had to go. It was a relief to be believed!

That sounds like how it was for me towards the end. In pain more days than not. Felt like my insides were stuck together (they were!) and filled with rocks. Sitting, standing, everything hurt by then. Poor girl! 😔

Ah, I see. 😔 I feel for her. I suffered (severe endometriosis) from age 15 to 31. Then I had a complete and total hysterectomy a few weeks before my 32nd bday. It was definitely the right choice for me, in spite of the tradeoffs.
