Ok now I remember who told me to use stila. Different Meg(h)an in my life. Rare worked fine, it was less likely to dry up. I didn't have leaking problems with it, but I just bought this stila one a month or two ago (after not using their brand for awhile). So I'm going to use it until it's gone.

Also I think I mean I prefer dip liner. I know some eyeliner pens have brush tips. But I think I just hate the pen setup because they never seem to have dark liner ink ready to go. The dip brush setup means there's always fresh liner ready to go.
