Quite correct. When you look at the definitions, why would you want to be anything else? I have no problem with traditions, but at the same time I don't want to be stuck in the mud either.

How do these not apply to the Felon?

I did a quick search, and there seem to be a number of mental health facilities near the Felon's Florida residence. Perhaps he could avail himself of their services? I am sure there are others.
