Today we explored more of St Pete Beach, as I just ended my 2nd week working at the city. The beaches were absolutely packed, so we didn’t get a chance to stop, but I did grab this shot.

Nearing the end of week 1, and this meme is feeling very real right now. But my staff has been great bringing me up to speed and the other directors have been kind and supportive. So far.

We attended the High Tide 4/20 party at Gulfport Brewery, complete with an easter egg hunt and free ice cream. We snagged four eggs. Two had candy and two had coupons for free beer.

Today is our 11th Brue #adoptiversary/#gotchaday, and of course we took a walk down to the park. But I had to go to a commission meeting tonight, so there was no special treat. We will celebrate this weekend with a longer walk and probably a bully stick.

I’ve always thought Yeti leaned conservative and wasn’t for me. I won these wine cups at an event a few years ago, but never use them. Last week, Yeti refused to make coffee mugs for a conservative women’s conference. Welcome to my table, Yeti…for now.
