Today marks 7 weeks of being unemployed. Being laid off is a tough pill to swallow, but this job market tries to strangle you each day.
So many resumes sent. So many referrals. So much networking.
And it all still amounts to nothing.
I definitely felt panicked yesterday.

Because I’m moving, my parents are keeping my dogs while I pack and such.
And I need to know… how do people without dogs fill their time? Like… do you still do daily walks?
I haven’t been alone for 6 years, and it’s a weird feeling having an empty apartment.

Currently in the process of trying to live a healthier life (better food choices, exercising more, better sleeping habits, etc.), and although it's only been 2 weeks, I can already tell a difference in my mood and energy levels.
