My internal clock feels out of it. I’m no longer hungry in the mornings (after a lifetime being the opposite) but this week so far I’m ravenous and I’m ready for bed by 3p. No second or third winds. Is this a new phase of #perimenopause?

So I’m going to talk about perimenopause a lot bc, well, life.
I was asthmatic as a child for a brief time until around 12 or so. Now in my 40s I’m suddenly suffering again. I’ve been having attacks all weekend. What is this fresh hell?
I’m not someone who curses new stages of life but come on!
