two cars painted in oil on paper from last year!
Outline painting of a standard family car, with most of the painting being the muddy watery grey/brown background. its entire right side is in view, with the nose tilted towards us. everything is painted all loose like, and the only real colours are green and purple in the far left, light blue outlining the car and a hint of orange in the headlights. another loose painting of a car on a watery blue background, though this time its painted almosr fully in burgundy, and the car is parked facing away to the left instead. a rash skyline of buildings is painted in the top left

throwing in some more work from last year!

This was a diptych I displayed for a Uni show titled “unloveable beasts and where to find them”, slightly cringe name but I wanted to make sure people knew it was about the views in which people hold on trans/ disabled bodies.

two square small paintings side by side, held up by a singular bracket and nail above. the painting on the left is of a pair of knees being looked down on from the persons perspective. they are a pale pink like that of the pig beside it, and are wearing blue boxers. the background is a foggy grey. all the outlines and colouring in is done in oil pastel, giving it a slightly unserious finish. the painting on the right is a watered down pale looking pig, with its nose stuck into the ground. the painting only shows the head of the pig, with its ears and neck and face in view. the background is a murky brown combination, feeling muddy and gross. close up of the pig painting in nicer lighting

Here’s a little collection of recent works of mine (and me in the studio) just incase anyones not familiar! Planning on using bluesky alongside instagram for now until i feel confident enough that this platform can sustain me :-)
