Had the pleasure of attending the Okanagan Nation Alliance (ONA) Ceremonial Salmon Release event today at Millennium Park. Schools from around the area along with the public were in attendance! Such a great event!

Travelled to Saskatchewan from BC yesterday & today. It’s frigging cold here - it’s the windchill that makes things harsh. But I do love the scenery!

Had the privilege of attending the Sinixt’s Medicine Camp today with my family.What an emotional event. Powerful drumming, pray&being one with earth&water - really makes you realize how special it is to live in this area.Thank you to everyone that organized the event!
