At base Cirrus is 5'10" but saturated it can be any size you want really!! My estimation for that current saturated size being aroundddd 7ft? And that's not even FULLY saturated, kinda like the difference between wet/damp and SOAKED :3

Drew my pokesona Cirrus but with the male iteration of their saturated form, goes from hunk to himbo/breeder! Just add water~ >:3

Need to draw it for the male form as well (cropped Angel as a placeholder) but Cirrus has an the ability to absorb water and other fluids like a cloud to grow larger or curvier/more endowed!!
Only difference being it gets distributed differently according to which gender Cirrus you got :3
