I really want to remake this hat this year!!! I was so happy with how it turned out a few years back so I think I can 100% up my game now and remake it even better >:3

This was the guide given to me by my doctor when we were just trying to figure out foods that I can and can’t have when I noticed I was having “reactions” to certain foods and was feeling generally unwell after eating
