the BBB funded ICE for $75 billion, no Dems voted for it. The latest bill funds DHS but even if it is voted down and DHS goes unfunded, it would have zero effect on ICE. ICE agents would still be paid and its operations funded.

Basically, they officially gave him a Deputy CoS for Policy position in the West Wing since it didn't require Senate confirmation (because he is so repulsive, he would never get confirmed and they knew that). This way he also has little to no accountability to Congress
