You'll sometimes see nonlinearly drifted integrated velocities, rather than the typical linearly drifted ones, when processing raw accelerograms. This was shown by Boore (2001, BSSA) on California earthquakes and Wang et al. (2011, BSSA) on the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake.
