Like genuinely it feels better to find something else to obsess over that makes you feel more inspired and come back to the thing you liked before every now and then to catch up and see if it sparks your interest again like it did before

dw this isn't about anything specific I've seen at all, just general thoughts over various stuff I've encountered in multiple fandom spaces

I've taken a break from ff xiv for this exact reason l o l

I still feel so burnt with the whole switcheroo to the Alexandria stuff and I have 0 interest in it so I'll just wait to play all the patches in one go before the next expansion

I held onto Magi for too long as well so I get it... it sucks when it goes in a direction you don't understand or dislike but you'll be happier to move on from it instead of complaining every time new content comes out

It doesn't help the reply rate of this general manager is 1 email every two days
