Things will get tougher with the upcoming schedule but they're back on the right track a lot quicker than most thought.

Feels like the #Knicks have slowly chipped away at an identity (Thibs, Ju, DDV) that made them different and dangerous. Now they're trying to be an uptempo, skilled finesse team but don't really have the roster for it? If they can't out-tough teams and can't run and shoot, then what are they?

Interested to see how things net out w/the #Kings. I respect Christie preaching defense but the roster just isn't built for that style of play. Most interested in seeing what happens with Sabonis.

Mat Ishbia & the Adelsons are opposite ends of the new owner spectrum.
Ishbia believed himself to be a basketball guy, got hyper involved & wrecked the team.
The Adelsons clearly didn’t know basketball & trusted the in-place basketball people to make decisions & wrecked the team.

So the news is that Nico's set to get fired today. That may seem like accountability but is it? He moves on, probably gets another high paying exec job somewhere but leaves the franchise is purgatory and the fans and remaining staff have to deal with his decision for the next 10 years? #Mavs #NBA
Sucks to not only be a #Mavericks fan today but also Mavs staff that have to deal with and face the fans - ticket reps, marketing/events staff, digital staff, etc. A move like this makes a lot of people's jobs that much harder. #NBA

Beal is back in Phoenix with the #Clippers. Not sure what the reception will be...hope it's not too rough with the boos. I was as frustrated as anyone with him but he didn't force his way to the #Suns and all he did was what he's always done. I'd rather see Suns fans ignore him TBH.

Good stuff here and agree w/a lot of it. Oso's a tweener with no semblance of a jumper. I want him to work tho. I wish Ott would use him more in PnR as a roller or even on-ball in PnR. Also wish we could see him as a 4 next to a stretch 5 but we don't have that 5. #Suns

It's still early but as a famous man once said "It can get late, early" so the #Knicks need to be careful. They can't expect it to just happen but they can't press. And Brown has to convince them his way will work otherwise he'll lose the players and that's a wrap.

The #Magic are currently 1-4. Should Orlando underachieve this year, changes will be made.
I don't think Leon Rose was all-in on firing Thibs. He'll step away from the #Knicks end of year, Wes Williams will take over the FO and Rose will go to the Magic and bring in Thibs.

Obviously there are going to be growing pains implementing a new system after 4-5 years of Thibs. But concerns are there - do the #Knicks have the roster for that play style? Are the players going to buy-in and work thru the adversity? Fans are fans and want everything to go smoothly....

A little salty about the #Suns L last night. Wonder Boy Ott sticking with that starting lineup put the team in the hole to start, then kept the same lineup to start the 3rd. Too undersized against that giant frontline.
