Congress has the power to stop him. They’re still being quiet and it’s obvious that many value power over our constitution and democracy. They’re acting like our 1950s daddy that thinks he knows what’s best for us even if it makes us miserable. Ridiculous, but true.

I’m not trained in law enforcement, but even a layperson like me knows that Jonathan Ross is not a competent law enforcement officer. He shot a person driving a car and endangered others. Duh!
