The lack of gynecological care for homebound people with uteruses is abysmal. I haven't had a smear test for 5 years because they won't provide them during a home visit. On my record it says I have refused them.

A lady I worked for in 2020, and had cerebral palsy, came home from a trip to our local NHS hospital, with a copy of a DNR for her GP. It was never discussed with her, myself as her carer, or her family. Was she at risk of dying? No, she went in with constipation!
