Trump moves on D.C. golf courses with notice that jeopardizes lease

This course is weirdly beloved by local golfers because it is an affordable and community course. Of course this jack*** sees it as a real estate opportunity.

Secretary Bessent, who knows a thing or two about ag says on Face the Nation "Ag is all about the future" Sure, that's why the average farmer is 20 years older than the rest of Americans and an occupation that is at least 20x more expensive to join than it was 40 years ago.

The Walton family (who own Walmart) are worth over $400 billion, yet many of their employees are on SNAP.

Bezos is worth over $400 billion, many Amazon employees require SNAP.

The people who need help are not the problem.

It’s corporate greed. It’s an unwillingness to pay a living wage.

Very Trump-era story.
1. The sword has no meaning for Charles, but matters for the Eisenhower Museum.
2. Illegal for the museum to give away US property!
3. Trump makes no distinction between personal/public property.
4. The person who did the right thing was fired.

Hey Friends--there won't be 2025 survey since employees are all too busy getting RIFed, relocated or traumatized. So let's help OPM draft the 2026 Federal Employee Viewpoint SURVEY Questions. Enter your suggestions in the comments. federalnewsnetwork.com/workforce/20...
After months of postponing, OPM opts to fully cancel 2025 FEVS
The cancellation comes after OPM indefinitely delayed FEVS earlier this year, due to the Trump administration’s “urgent” changes for federal employees.

For all the hand wringing about a Democrstic Socialist Mayoral candidate for Mayor, there is very little talk about how fundamentally Trump misunderstands trade and the trade deficit. South Korea=0.0% tariffs. Consumers buy their products because we like them and can afford them.
