I’ll tell y’all something this morning. I still believe the Lord is good. I still believe in the grace that is chocolate. That as long as there are tomatoes, there is salsa. That birds sing because they know something we don’t. I believe laughter is audible hope. And love is spite to the darkness.

Don’t let the chaos and death bringers dysregulate you. Get off or minimize social media. Read a local paper. Practice the present moment and being grounded where you are at and do all the good you can there. Go out in nature. Greet your neighbors. Watch funny videos. Joy and rest are resistance.
