A friend is a high up IT person for Sainsburys. They're on a fantastic wage and up to 75% bonus every year. When I said I found that appalling when they don't pay their in store staff well or give them any type of bonus they said they all "give back" by doing 1 day a year, at xmas time in store!

The situation is the same for teachers in FE. We are overlooked every time, with the difference being £10k+
