I am a special education teacher and I had no idea this was a thing until three days ago. Of course, I never used my Twitter account either.

Goodreads also has a list.

Parents petition school boards and public libraries to ban books. School boards tend to pull the books but libraries don’t. American Library Association has a list and I add to my list as the news reports on the challenges.

This is like a breath of fresh air!

Monster by Walter Dean. I am on a mission to read every book that someone has tried to ban. The list is long but I am determined.
