When my child had migraines years ago, we had pretty decent improvement with daily cyproheptadine. Idk if that is still used, but ibuprofen and Tylenol were completely ineffective.

I’m so sorry! This is unconscionable. My poodly mutt has a backache and was easily prescribed an NSAID and a muscle relaxer. Somehow, I’m not surprised that we treat dogs better than little kids these days.
