I have just tried to get help with my car insurance on a Whatsapp chat with a bot. They couldn’t help so they put me through to an agent. I asked my question and waited nearly 20 minutes… then he ended the chat whilst I was typing a reply to him.

Little Miss S nearly gave up football at the beginning of the year as her manager made her feel like everything she did was wrong. She’s now signed for Leyton Orient who have made her feel like she’s the best person ever 🥰
