Well, McConnell did steel two supreme court appointments. That didn't bother him.
To me the most remarkable part is the suggestion he’ll revisit the compromise if two additional judges unretire and that the government will seek their recusal. Striking to see a legislative leader directly and credibly threaten sitting judges. Is that allowed???
