I managed,all by myself, to get clean laundry out of the washer without any pain! Ribs finally healed enough to do my laundry without pain. It's taken 3 very long weeks.

My joy came from a neighbor's granddaughter inviting me to her second grade Christmas pageant. It was so much fun watching 1st & 2nd graders singing and reading Bible verses. How can you not feel better about everything after seeing their joy?

Haven't tried it but a neighbor gave me some Evil Bone Water to use. It really helped with the pain. Some Chinese herbal stuff. I'll get some of the Arnica to have on hand for my next accident.

I highly recommend NOT falling on a large ceramic planter. Unless you're into very interesting bruising patterns.

Today was the first time in 8 days that I could pick up my fur baby! Being able to pick her up and carry her and not depend on a neighbor to help was amazing!
It was a gamble to not seek medical care after my nasty fall but I'm really healing!
