Vouchers are a nightmare. Coupons and vouchers for type 1 diabetics and insulin have never been reliable. One day they work and one day they don’t. You spend hours getting them and updating them and they expire. This will kill people and punish people with diseases.

Rep Dingell speak to real surgeons about your advancing women’s health coverage act. It’s awful for women. Remove or revise the HCOCS reference so it supplements not defined the universe or covered procedures. You need to add language that it won’t limit current procedural terminology or status
