I get it. I'm coming up on 5 months and it sucks. I have to negotiate with myself every day to stay positive and force myself to step away from the search. I'd say turn the computer off and go do something fun around town...if it weren't a million degrees outside!

Nope. It's just a really shitty time to be a job-hunting developer. Give yourself permission to take a short break from it, build something for yourself, learn something new, remind yourself why software is so much fun.
