So it's been a little over a week since I deleted my Grindr profile. And while I do feel the pangs of FOMO, it seems like my Facebook reels feed makes a point of reminding me on how shitty relationships and people can be. I really hope that I can hang in there until end of December.

I really hope that I can make it through to end of December off Grindr. The biggest thing is I feel extreme FOMO disconnecting from the app. Scruff is the last hookup app I have, and at least that one I have friends long distance I keep in touch with.
