They are they’re the best!! Ive found the slightly more expensive ones are worth it; the cheapest multipacks I could find on Amazon are prone to leaking. I think others have had luck getting empty refillable ones and using bulk vit E oil, but I personally haven’t tried!

The things that helped me the most are 1) cuticle oil pens literally EVERYWHERE 2) nail files literally EVERYWHERE and 3) fake nails, either gelx or press-ons. Texture is a big trigger so oil to soften, files to smooth and fakes to limit “satisfying” sensation helped a ton. It is so hard!!
