- the theme button shows up on system mode without checking the system's theme

at least they don't call it "Dark mode".

twitter's theme toggle is the worst UX design of all time

- show the dark mode button ONLY after the Use device settings is turned off
- display theme section ONLY if the current theme is dark, regardless of where it's from (system or manual dark mode)
- also why would you call the menu "Dark mode"
